Content of the Agile & Lean training course

In this four-day training course, you’ll experience everything do to with Scrum and Lean Six Sigma. You’ll learn how to enable both Lean and Scrum organisations to respond shrewdly to continuous changes. This is because Lean and Scrum not only complement each other, they also reinforce one another, such as in their focus on the customer and continuous improvement of processes and projects. You learn to use the methods independently in practice, and you put your knowledge from the course into practice immediately.

Programme:

  • The basics of agile working and of Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Identification of redundant business processes.
  • Structure of Lean and Scrum projects.
  • Monitoring smaller projects; evaluating and optimising your own work.
  • A mix of theory and practical exercises.
  • How to effectively implement continuous improvement with a Lean approach, as a Scrum Master.
  • How to integrate teams into the process of agile development of products and services and in processes consisting in Lean optimisation
  • Use of Lean and Scrum tools and techniques such as Kanban and Scrum boards

Certification

After successful completion of Lean Agile Foundation training, you’ll be awarded the following certificates:
  • IASSC-accredited Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certificate
  • If you pass the official IIABC.org exam, a recognised Agile Business Advanced certificate. This attests to your status as a Scrum Master.

Who is the Agile & Lean training course for?

This training is for anyone, regardless of prior knowledge, who wants to use Lean Six Sigma to improve work processes and Scrum as a development method in an agile environment. Employees and freelancers can participate in this training course.

Times

Certification

If you take and pass the exam on IIABC.org, you’ll also receive an officially recognised Agile Business Advanced certificate, attesting to your status as a Scrum Master. If you also pass the IASSC test, you’ll also receive the official Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certificate.

  • Tuition comes to €2295, including the Agile Business Advanced exam on IIABC.org.
