What does agile HR training cover?

• What is agile working? In this part, we explain the term ‘Agile’. These days practically every organisation claims to be or is trying to become agile, but in practice we often see a lack of awareness as to what this actually means. After taking this course, however, you will know.
• How can an HR department use agile methods? Agile working is a combination of a certain mindset and various methods. During our Agile HR training course, we’ll go over the different methods that you can use in an HR department. Scrum and Kanban are the two most important.
• The role of HR in an agile organisation. The core of the training deals with the role of HR in an agile organisation. Our Agile HR model features three different levels: strategic, tactical and operational agile HR. We cover each level in detail, answering questions such as: What is good agile management and how do you convince agile managers of your vision? Does an agile organisation still have a corporate policy, and if so, what is it like? Which employees and skills does an agile organisation need? How do you ensure individual development for employees, and who assesses whom? What do agile job profiles look like?
• Agile transformation. So you’ve decided to go agile – now what? How do you go about it? The Agile HR training course shows you various methods to transform your old-style organisation into an agile one.
